Development Strategy

The development strategy adopted by the Company's Management Board assumes that the Company will maintain the leader position on the Polish market of telematic services and will obtain a strong basis for further expansion abroad. The strategic objectives predict in particular investment in an organic development realised with the means of the Company's own know-how as well as fusions and take-overs of other firms operating in the telematic branch.

The planned investments include the purchase of specialised computer apllications for automatisation of telematic subscribers servicing process. Additionally, together with investment in the teleinformatic infrastructure, AutoGuard plans to extend the utilised telephone exchange and to buy the necessary computer equippment in order to develop the communication platform responsible for the digital communication on the whole territory of Europe. As far as the currently employed applications are concerned AutoGuard plans further development of the monitoring system and transportation fleets management.

The Company invests also in development of localisation products destined for the consummer market.

In year 2008 AutoGuard introduced on the market its own car navigation: NAVTO.

Additionally AutoGuard plans to purchase the control share packages of companies that create computer applications, offer telematic services, manufacture measurement and telemetric devices. The objective is the market consolidation and continued development of the AutoGuard offer.
