Robert Rozesłaniec, President of the Management BoardHe is a graduate of the Electronics and Information Technics faculty at the Warsaw University of Technology. He begun his professional career in year 1996 in Zasada S.A. as a specialist. He was promoted in a short period of time to obtain the position of the Office Manager then the Department Manager. From 1999 to 2000 he was Department Director. Since 2000 he has been President of the AutoGuard S.A. Management Board. Since 2004 he has been member of the Supervisory Board of the Promotion and Technical Innovations Foundation. |

Romuald Chałas, Vice-president of the Management BoardHe graduated from the Kielce University of Technology, faculty of Machine Technology. He gained his first professional experience in the late seventies in the motor industry as an Inspector in the Polish Motor Company „Polmozbyt". Since 1991 he has worked for Zasada S.A. Since 2000 he has acting as the General Director of AutoGuard S.A. Since 2003 he has been Vice President of the AutoGuard S.A. Management Board. He was one of the best Polish rally drivers and from a few years he has been sports activist. Since 2004 he has been President of the Polish Automobile Club. |
