As strategic directions of the quality policy we chose:
  • assuring of high quality from the first contact with our clients and maintaining it through all the subsequent phases of the client service
  • detailed laboratory and maintenance researches aiming at eliminating mistakes instead of later corrections in the offered devices and services
  • constant increasing and developing of qualifications and skills of the employees through the efficient training system combined with the proper motivating system
  • permanent researches on the latest technologies in order to employ them in the quality increasing process
  • pursuing excellence of the inner information and work flow management system
  • cultivating an entrepreneur and honest attitude in contacts with subcontractors as well as competitors
  • team problem solving and individual responsibility of the employees for the quality of their work

Our Mission

The Company's mission is constant improving of products and services quality, understood as full satisfaction of clients needs and expectations.  The hereby quality definition has become an obligation of the management and each employee of the Company.  The certificate of the quality policy is the implemented system of  ISO 9001:2008.
