Publication of Issuance Prospectus

AutoGuard S.A. published on the 4 December 2008 the Issuance prospectus and intends to offer its shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Institution Investors Tranche shall include 2,25 milion of series B shares, the Open Tranche shall include 0,75 milion shares.

Our partner Karolina Czapka repeated her last year success when she won her Vice Master title of Central Europe Motor Rally Championship (in E1-2000 class). This year she entered the E1+2000 class and achieved the third place and gained the Vice Master title of Central Europe Championship.

Commission of Financial Supervision (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) approved the AutoGuard S.A. shares issue prospectus. The company intends to issue 3 milion shares of B series and gain from Warsaw Stock Exchange approximately PLN 30 milion.

Last Friday, at "Znicz" Basketball Arena in Pruszków, the Polish Motor Association (PZM) gala was held, marking an official end to 2007 season in Polish motor sports. As usual, Karolina Czapka and her team appeared on the PZM gala.

It was the sixth time the most important representatives of fleet industry met on the annual Fleet Car Showroom and International Motorization Congress. The event was held on the 5th of December at Gromada Hotel under the banner "From Euro 5 to Euro 2012". About 50 exhibitors took part in the congress.
