Car Fleet Management

Car fleet management is executed through the AutoControl application created by AutoGuard and the GPS/GSM monitoring device installed in a vehicle. A module of S-X series sends from a vehicle a regular signal, that contains data about a vehicle's position, speed, fuel consumption and other technical parametres. The information obtained in this way is then transmitted through the GSM network to the Monitoring Centre, where it is decoded and drawn on a map. The processed information is transferred to a client who is able to analyse on-line a vehicle's route and selected exploitation parametres such as drivers' timesheets, fuel consumption, a vehicle's technical condition. Optionally, a mobile communication computer called NAVTO On Line can be an integrated element of the system. NAVTO OnLine serves as a car navigation as well as an interface of the AutoControl system for a driver.

The localisation and the data transmission between a driver and a dispatcher is realised through modules of S-X series. They are small-size transmitters hidden in a vehicle serving for an active protection and transport means management. These appliances are resistant to various disturbances and extreme temperatures. They have also an emergency power supply to maintain the system's operation when the voltage in a car's electric installation drops below 10,5 V or when a battery is switched off.

The AutoControl car fleet management system allows for a permanent analysis and the optimization of transport fleet exploitation in any company. The intelligent application provides an user with the pre-defined by himself/herself reports about work characteristic for particular vehicles. The AutoControl scope of operation covers the whole territory of Europe.
