AutoControl 2.0

AutoControl 2.0 system is an universal informatic application that allows for efficient vehicles management and reduction in fleet operation costs. Thanks to the GPS technology and the GSM network an AutoControl 2.0 user has constant access to all types of information about location and exploitation parameters of monitored vehicles. The access to AutoControl 2.0 is executed through Internet connection, protected by a password and/or through a mobile phone (AutoControl Mobile). The system range of operation covers the whole territory of Europe.

AutoControl 2.0 is also a computer application that contains tools for NAVTO OnLine operation. The device is equipped with a buil-in communication module that sends text communicates, a module for route planning and an option of importing data from a tachograph.

AutoControl 2.0 - universal functions:

• planning and analysis of routes
• monitoring of fuel consumption
• control of service, repairs, insurance and leasing termination dates
• cooperation with NAVTO OnLine communication computer working as:
  
  
  • GPS car navigation (sending a calculated route to a driver *)
  • communicator that enables transmission of text messages and sending of transportation commissions to a driver
• receiving by remote control the data from a driver's card through the NAVTO OnLine, equipped with an electronic cards reader
• receiving and transmitting by remote control the data from the digital tachograph through a company's card

  • business and private drives together with drivers' identification
  • distances covered and rest breaks
  • refuelling and fuel losses
  • crossing border lines
  • penalty points
• introducing on a map specific points for each user and defining geozones - crossing these geozones will be noted in the system in a form of a special report
• all reports can be exported to the MS Office format or external reporting systems.

More economic fuel consumption:

• reduction in fuel consumption by about 16% (fuel makes 40% of transportation price)
• better use of fuel cards thanks to the possibility of planning refuelling places on a whole route

• limiting or eliminating use of mobile phones by drivers for their communication with a dispatcher
• reduction in costs connected with transmitting the data from the drivers' cards every 21 days or from digital tachograph every three months.
